Un petit saut à la terrasse, baignée par le soleil matinal vous permettra de rassembler vos idées et de parfaire le plan de votre journée. Vous voulez vous rafraîchir sans avoir besoin de regagner votre chambre ? Qu'à cela ne tienne, une douche vous attend à quleques mètres de votre chaise longue. Ou bien si c'est farniente aujourd'hui, qu'à cela ne tienne. de la terrasse vous gagnez "Katys" notre restaurant deux fourchettes et commandez un en-cas ou bien un déjeuner complet. Traditionnel, cela va de soi.
Sunbathing
Put your swimsuit on, grab a towel and lay down on the sunbed with a cool drink. A moment on the terrace in the morning sun is the best way to contemplate and make plans for the day. If you realize that you just want to kick back and relax then just walk over to the next terrace at Katys, our own restaurant, for a meal or a snack. This is the perfect place for traditional Moroccan food, just the way our grandmother made it.

Restaurant Katys is directly connected to Ryad 91 and can be accessed both on street level and from the hotel terrace. You can choose from both international and traditional menus here. The lunch is served with salads, main course, bread and dessert. Perhaps taking your coffee in the traditional tent will bring an extra dimension to your meal?

Dès que vous mettez les pieds hors du Ryad, vous vous trouverez dans la kasbah avec une profusion de boutiques. Articles d'artisanat, henna, argane, bijoux d'or et d'argent, maroquinnerie. Tout y est. Il suffira d'apprendre les éléments du marchandage et d'aimer le thé à la menthe.

Ryad 91 is situated in the sprawling streets of the ancient medina. Morocco is synonymous with markets and here you’ll find it right outside the door. Bespoke, handcrafts, sandals, jewellery, bags, argan oil… anything you can think of you can find here. So, get in to the spirit and prepare learn one of the fine ancient arts of the trade – haggling!

À 75 mètres du Ryad, vous passez la voute qui signale la sortie de l'ancienne médina et vous vous trouvez à présent à l'entrée de la ville nouvelle construite par la présence francaise. Admirez sans à priori la beauté du style nouveau lancé par la colonie francaise. Casablanca passe pour détenir la palme d'or dune architecture sans nulle autre pareille.

Not much further than you can throw a tagine you’ll be able to pass the gate that separates the ancient medina from the modern world. Outside the curtain wall there’s an immediate shift in architecture: from modern buildings to the colonial architecture that will tell you stories of an intricate and fascinating past, if you only look and listen.
From here you’re able to wave down a cab and go wherever you want. Perhaps down to the train station for an extended adventure in a different city or just over to the pier for a long walk in the sunset along the Atlantic shore.
